Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own Product Management across the Hindsight recording platform. You will oversee licensing, subscription management, system integrations, and the product roadmap, delivering a unified emergency communications recording experience across the Hindsight suite.

You will work hands-on with engineering, finance, and operations to build scalable systems, run discovery, define outcomes, ship products, and measure results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in high tech, including 3+ years in product management for SaaS/cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience with emergency communications systems, radio systems, or cloud-hosted platforms.
• Ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.
• Comfortable engaging with engineering teams on architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics and using data to drive prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Run Continuous Discovery by interviewing customers, finance and operations teams; analyze usage and payment data; synthesize problems and opportunities.
• Ship product by writing specs, managing scope, and ensuring delivered solutions address the problems identified.
• Measure impact by defining success metrics and instrumenting the product to track them.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, ERP teams and other product teams to coordinate feature changes and launches.
• Stay informed on emergency communication trends to guide pricing, packaging and subscription management.
• Perform competitive analysis and assess product position in the market.
• Support Sales/Marketing with updated catalogs and sales materials for go-to-market.
