Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own Product Management across the Hindsight recording platform. You will manage licensing, subscription, and system integrations, guiding the roadmap and delivering a unified emergency communications recording experience across the Hindsight suite.

This hands-on role reports to the Director of Product Management for Hindsight and partners with engineering, finance, and operations to build scalable monetization systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in a high-tech environment; 3+ years PM in SaaS/cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience with emergency communications systems or cloud-hosted platforms is a plus.
• Ability to run customer discovery and translate findings into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run Continuous Discovery with customers, finance, and ops stakeholders.
• Ship products by collaborating with engineering and design; write clear specs.
• Define success metrics and use data to drive prioritization and impact.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, ERP teams to coordinate features and launches.
• Stay informed on emergency communications trends to shape pricing and packaging.
• Conduct competitive analysis and align catalogs with sales materials.
