Job summary

ECP is seeking a leader for Billing & Payments to drive adoption, oversee implementations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will manage a team of Billing Consultants, set standards for configurations, and ensure scalable, repeatable operations across enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales on discovery and scoping, refining journal entries, and shaping the roadmap with a strong focus on financial rigor and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience across accounting, finance, billing, or related functions.
2+ years of experience leading a team in implementation or services.
Experience with complex billing, payments, ERP, or financial operations software.
Strong knowledge of billing and accounting concepts.
Ability to travel up to 10-15%.

Responsibilities

Lead Billing Consultants and develop the team with growth.
Own the go-live and adoption of Billing & Payments products.
Define and monitor metrics like time to go-live and adoption.
Shape the payments roadmap with Product and Engineering.
Oversee integrations and ensure data quality for reporting.
Partner with Sales on scoping and demos; provide SME input.
