The role requires handling e-billing, LEDES IDs, and write-offs, keeping matter arrangement coding current, and updating proforma statuses.

• Recommend write-offs for aged balances.
• Ensure partners meet billing incentives and targets.
• Keep matter coding current and update statuses.
• Submit write-offs over $10K for approval.
• Finalize invoices per firm process.
