What We Need:

The Senior Billing Coordinator will be part of the Digital Finance Team supporting our Digital Audio, Digital Video, and Audiology lines of business. This position establishes and maintains relationships with clients, agencies, and sales. The Senior Billing Coordinator also possesses the ability to think critically/outside the box and work collaboratively with sales and other team members to resolve issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills along with an exceptional eye for detail.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and distribute monthly invoices to Agencies for Digital Audio, Video, and Audiology
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with sales and/or Agencies
  • Work with the collections team on billing issues to ensure we receive payment
  • Respond and resolve billing-related tickets in the Freshservice Ticketing system
  • Communicate with internal Senior Management and Agencies on all billing-related issues
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to better improve processes and systems
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred (or equivalent years’ experience)
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and teammates
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • NetSuite knowledge preferred
  • Experience in digital advertising a plus

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
