Job summary

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Billing Clerk Intermediate provides backup to team members and supports the campus with billing, payments, and customer service while maintaining FERPA and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of relevant experience including customer service, accounts receivable and/or third-party billing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full third-party billing cycle from invoice to payment posting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate billing for sponsors including military branches, federal/state agencies, foreign governments and employer partners.
• Assist students with repayment plans and deferred payment agreements.
