Qualifications

• 5+ years billing experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and AR ledgers.
• Experience with MAS200, Deltek or Great Plains.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and journal entry postings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and tend to monthly invoicing and AR ledgers.
• Research billing discrepancies and validate project setup and billing.
• Assist with tracking subconsultants and respond to project manager queries.
• Prepare documentation for input into accounting systems; audit balances.
• Close-out completed contracts in accounting software and support audits.
