Job summary

Pro-Vac is seeking a Billing Specialist in Deer Park, TX. This full-time role focuses on accurate invoicing, contract review, and billing integrity within a fast-paced setting.

You will manage customer billing, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-volume accounts receivable billing experience, proficiency with accounting software, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and understand each customer’s contracts to ensure compliance.
• Invoice and cost customer work within 24 hours of completion.
• Verify billing reconciliations, reports, and forms for timely, accurate submission.
• Communicate with customers to confirm receipt of invoices and resolve concerns.
• Maintain a 95% accuracy rate in billing processes and invoice submissions.
• Organize and maintain a detailed, accurate billing database.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for clear communication.
