Qualifications

• Excel-Advanced proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hourly and weekly invoicing for clients across multiple states.
• Research account variances and contact clients via calls/emails to bring them current.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment options.
• Run ageing reports to determine accounts needing follow-up for payments.
• Reconcile accounts across vendor transactions.
• Update billing information and customer payment history.
