Job summary

Peyton Resource Group seeks a Senior Billing Analyst in Richardson, TX to own the full billing lifecycle and act as the billing SME. You will collaborate with Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and customers to ensure accurate invoicing, maximize revenue, resolve issues, and streamline processes.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years in billing, invoicing, AR, or revenue operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with contracts and SOWs.

Qualifications

Own the full invoicing lifecycle and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
4–5+ years in billing, invoicing, AR, or revenue operations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Strong understanding of contracts, SOWs, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Experience with complex invoicing and reconciliation.
Advanced Excel skills: formulas and data analysis.
Experience with AR, billing operations, and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities
