Position Summary

• Understand and become the subject matter expert for CHIP Billing.
• Prepare and implement audit processes to verify enrollment data matches 834 enrollment files.
• Access bank websites to gather all checks received during a specific month.
• Manually apply unapplied payments in QNXT.
• Assist with the refund process in QNXT.
• Work with the CEQ team to review member correspondence.
• Prepare and support the Health Plan with accounts payable requests.
• Follow up with accounts payable for payment status.
• Work with shared services to understand and track SG&A expenses.
• Meet with department owners to review their monthly expenses.
• Lead or support project management and process improvements as needed.
• Support the Health Plan CFO as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare industry or related enrollment/billing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry experience.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required.

Additional Details

• Anticipated weekly hours: 40
• Time Type: Full-time
• Pay Range: $18.50 - $35.29 per hour, depending on experience and other factors. This role may include bonuses or incentives.
