We are seeking an experienced Premium Billing Management Specialist with deep expertise in HealthRules Payor Premium Billing Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuration, business requirements documentation, & testing activities related to premium billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure premium billing rules within the HealthRules Payor (HRP) system
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Model Office Testing (MOT) test cases specific to premium billing workflows
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation and validation of billing functionality

Required Skills:

• HealthRules Premium Billing Expertise: Proficiency in configuring premium billing rules within the HRP system is essential.
• Business Requirements Documentation: Ability to draft comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to guide system configurations and process improvements.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Experience in creating and executing UAT and Maintenance of Test (MOT) cases to ensure system changes meet business needs.
• Enrollment Process Knowledge: Familiarity with enrollment processes is preferred, as it complements premium billing functions
