Goldman Sachs Private Family Office is seeking an Analyst for Albany, NY, focusing on bill pay and core bookkeeping functions. You will maintain client ledgers, process payables and receivables, and prepare client reports while supporting ad-hoc projects for high net worth clients.

Daily interaction with clients and counseling teams requires meticulous accounting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate degree required.
• Experience in bookkeeping/accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Payroll and bank reconciliation procedures preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain general ledger accounts for client activities.
• Process client accounts payable.
• Process client accounts receivable.
• Prepare client reports, including bank reconciliations.
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors and counseling teams.
• Complete special projects as directed by Management.
• Handle data entry for client record keeping and reporting processes.
