Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management’s Private Advisor team within the Rockefeller Global Family Office seeks a Client Associate-Analyst to work with high-net-worth clients, supporting account opening, asset transfers, and performance reviews.

You will coordinate with advisors, prepare client materials, and ensure accurate administration of client portfolios while delivering top-tier service and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client service experience in the financial industry.
• Series 7 and 66 strongly preferred; willingness to obtain if not held.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain client accounts.
• Facilitate asset transfers and money movement.
• Complete investment subscription documents.
• Support cash management, RMDs, and client online access.
• Respond to account inquiries and maintain client files.
• Prepare performance reports and assist with client meetings.
• Attend client meetings and present performance when needed.
• Ensure compliance training and regulatory requirements.
