Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Bill Pay & Concierge Specialist for its Family Office in New York. The role handles end-to-end bill payments, reconciliations, and high-touch concierge requests for ultra-high-net-worth clients, maintaining discretion and client-first service.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in bill pay or related finance, proficiency with Bill.com, Excel, and QuickBooks, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to support cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in bill pay, accounts payable/receivable, banking, or related finance role.
• Experience working directly with clients or vendors in a service-oriented capacity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of bill payment systems, Bill.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of bill payments, including intake, processing, approvals, and reconciliation.
• Organize and monitor all open invoices, balances, and recurring bills to meet deadlines.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, vendors, and third parties on bill pay and admin matters.
• Coordinate personal/concierge tasks such as renovation tracking and household employee support.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and process improvements.
