You will lead instructor teams, coordinate curricula, and ensure training aligns with safety and industry standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on classroom and field delivery, bilingual English and French communication, and strong LMS and e-learning development skills to improve safety,

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in wind energy technology, engineering, or related field.
Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs in corporate or educational settings.
Experience with LMS and e-learning development tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and update wind turbine training materials and curricula for technicians.
Deliver training through in-person, virtual, and e-learning channels.
Certify technicians in required competencies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with SMEs to align training with operational needs and safety requirements.
