Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design and deliver technical and safety training for wind and solar assets across North America. You will create ILT and eLearning content, manage the LMS, and ensure training objectives are met through practical exercises and examinations.

The role requires coordinating classroom and on-site sessions, flexible scheduling, and travel to multiple facilities while maintaining robust records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in education, learning and development, wind/solar technology, or related field.
• High Voltage certification is highly desired to lead electrical safety training.
• OSHA 500/501 trainer course for construction or general industry is preferred; minimum 3 years of field training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person classroom and on-the-job training to technicians on technical and safety topics for wind and solar assets.
• Independently manage classroom presentations and lead real-world training scenarios for safe rescue responses.
• Design and develop ILT and eLearning materials (course outlines, handouts, exams, practicals).
• Upload and maintain training materials in the LMS, track records, and generate reports.
