Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required (speak, read, write).
• Associate degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience or equivalency.
• Valid driver's license by time of hire.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Hybrid telework and Oregon or Washington residency required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced intake, assessment, and action planning with Spanish language support.
• Process payments, maintain records, and monitor program budgets and data quality.
• Liaise with government agencies, housing authorities, landlords, and community partners.
• Provide mentorship and lead special projects while ensuring trauma-informed practices.
