Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to deliver direct services and coordinate community resources for clients. You will identify needs, develop case plans, and connect clients with housing, legal, medical, educational, and employment supports.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency, two or more years of experience with homelessness or at-risk populations, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Minimum of one year experience with at-risk clients in direct service.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with homelessness history preferred.
• Valid local Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients for direct service needs and develop case plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Refer to appropriate community resources and reevaluate goals regularly.
• Facilitate individual and group meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Create and maintain case records and documentation, including reports and service updates.
• Identify and refer for emotional, legal, medical, housing, and vocational needs.
