Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Bilingual Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team at Mayra Menchaca Allstate Insurance Agency.

In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex customer issues, managing escalations, and building long-term client relationships. You will also play a key role in improving customer retention, identifying cross-selling and life insurance opportunities, and supporting the development of our service team.

The ideal candidate is **fluent in English and Spanish**, has at least **3 years of insurance customer service and de-escalation experience**, and brings proven leadership or supervisory experience. You must be comfortable managing high-volume customer requests, meeting service turnaround times, and coaching team members.

Previous Allstate experience is a major plus.
