This Monday–Friday role offers mentorship and development opportunities in a collaborative agency where performance is recognized. A Property and Casualty license is required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

We’re seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is service-driven and detail-oriented. This role is centered on delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to add value through coverage solutions. You will support both new and existing clients by handling policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews. This is a Monday through Friday role with no evenings or weekends, offering a structured environment with strong mentorship and development opportunities.
