Qualifications

• Previous bike retail or bike mechanic experience.
• Know how to do a tubular and tubeless tire setup.
• Wheel building is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and help 100% of Service customers.
• Provide clear and concise communication with customers about work orders.
• Ensure all mechanics charge adequately for their time.
