Job summary

GoGuardian, a leading K-12 learning company, seeks a Senior Bid & Capture Manager to own bid work and the capture process. You will shape strategies, drive end-to-end proposals, and manage cooperative and state contract vehicles, working across sales, policy, and legal to win opportunities.

The role sits on the Sales Enablement team and requires experience with K-12 funding mechanics and contract vehicles. A remote-friendly, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in proposal writing, bid management, public sector capture, or contract-vehicle management.
• Familiar with at least one major cooperative or state contract vehicle.
• APMP, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB, or CPSM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal development from intake to submission across RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, catalog bids, renewals, and sole-source justifications.
• Coordinate contributions from sales, finance, product marketing, and legal to sharpen pricing and strategy against deadlines.
• Build and maintain a content library, reference bench, and master narrative for proposals and renewals.
• Design and lead an AI-forward bid and capture operation with portal monitoring and catalog matching.
• Track federal, state, and local funding streams and map opportunities to districts and prospects.
