Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior BI leader to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting solutions. You will translate business goals into scalable BI architectures using MS Fabric, BO, and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and align-ment with strategic objectives.

You will lead reporting initiatives, manage data quality, and collaborate across management levels to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Deliver full lifecycle BI development from requirements gathering through design, build, test, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including reports, dashboards, and metrics using MS Fabric, Power BI, and BO.
• Ensure data quality, security, and integrity with best practices in analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Analyze and optimize complex data systems, document data elements and dependencies, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with BI trends and proactively adopt new tools and practices.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise with advanced SQL and relational databases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers timely and accurate scheduled reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Clarifies report needs with business units to meet objectives and ensure data integrity.
• Develops and delivers complex ad hoc reports and unit-specific information with analytics recommendations.
• Learns new technologies and systems to advance reporting and analysis capabilities.
