The role translates business requirements into accurate data insights, ensures data quality and security, and partners with management to drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle BI development from requirements to deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions with reports/dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, security, and integrity with best practices.
• Analyze and optimize complex data systems and workflows.
• Stay current with BI trends and adopt new tools.
• Strong SQL, relational databases, and fast-paced work ability.
• 8+ years of BI development experience with relevant tools.
• 3-4 year degree in Business/IS/Engineering with analytics exp.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers timely and accurate scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Clarifies report needs with business and delivers analyses meeting requirements.
• Develops and delivers complex ad hoc reports and unit-specific information.
• Learns new technologies to advance reporting and analytics capabilities.
