Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Data Analytics and reporting in banking or a similar industry.
• Experience developing reports in a business intelligence tool (Cognos and Power BI preferred).
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings and recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Identify KPIs and track performance against targets.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
