Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer - Power BI with 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise BI solutions in a client-facing role based in the USA. You will lead design and development of Power BI dashboards, data models, and integration with Snowflake and Fabric, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise BI solutions.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, and Power Query capabilities.
• Experience in data modelling (star/snowflake) for enterprise reporting.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Power BI dashboards and semantic models for enterprise clients.
• Design scalable data models (star/snowflake) for performance and maintainability.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and Snowpark scripts for ETL/ELT and reporting needs.
• Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake services.
• Mentor engineers and oversee technical delivery with client stakeholders.
