Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, project-lead, or team-lead experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI or a comparable enterprise reporting platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of enterprise dashboards, reports, scorecards, metrics, and analytical products.
• Own BI reporting standards, design principles, usability standards, and report lifecycle management.
• Lead intake, evaluation, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics requests.
• Support executive, clinical, operational, access, quality, financial, regulatory, and service line reporting needs.
• Coordinate validation of reporting outputs with Finance, clinical, operational, quality, and other subject-matter experts.
