Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Senior Business Manager, GCM to own the reporting framework for customer accounts and translate requirements into executive dashboards and actionable insights.

You will collaborate with IT, BI and operations to improve data connectivity, automate reports and support decision-making. A 5+ year background in BI and Power BI is expected, with a related degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, reporting, analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience in multi-site environments.
• Logistics or warehousing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Analytics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve internal/external reporting frameworks for the customer account.
• Develop standardized executive reports, dashboards, KPI reporting across programs.
• Define reporting requirements, KPIs, cadence with GCM leadership and teams.
• Consolidate information across sites/regions into account-level reporting.
• Design and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel and other BI tools.
