Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations, preferred with emphasis in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Sales/Marketing.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, formulas) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Uncover trends and correlations to develop insights for operational decisions.
• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, dashboards for decision making.
• Collaborate across the organization to implement best practices and enterprise-wide tools.
• Lead client-facing business reviews and present value creation insights.
• Document client requirements and support IT solutions across functions.
