Job summary

DSV in the United States (Sacramento area) seeks a Senior Business Manager for Global Customer Management to own the reporting framework for customer accounts and translate business requirements into executive-level dashboards.

You will design reports using Power BI and Excel, automate data flows, and collaborate with IT and operations to ensure accurate, timely insights that drive decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BI/reporting, logistics experience, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, reporting, analytics, or related field.
• Experience supporting reporting in complex multi-site environments.
• Logistics, warehousing or operations experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve internal and external reporting frameworks for the account.
• Develop standardized executive reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting.
• Define reporting requirements, KPIs, cadence and performance measures.
• Consolidate information across sites, regions, functions and systems.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Design and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Drive automation and reduce manual reporting and data silos.
• Collaborate with IT, BI and systems teams to improve data availability.
• Develop SQL datasets and data models to enable reporting.
• Roadmap reporting improvements and data capabilities.
• Support executive reviews and customer meetings with insights.
