You will oversee dashboards, ETL pipelines, and analytics strategy while partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver data-driven solutions. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, data literacy, and scalable analytics execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and scripting knowledge (Python/R).
• Power BI dashboard development and DAX proficiency required.
• Experience building data pipelines and working with varied data sources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analytics across multiple sites and mentor analysts.
• Develop and govern analytics standards and practices.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance to deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Drive adoption of analytics tools and data literacy across teams.
