CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer to advance our analytics capabilities across the commercial sales environment. You will design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data visualizations, collaborating with analysts, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role balances day-to-day delivery with long-term capability building, ensuring DataMart reliability and governance while enabling AI-driven insights to support business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI’s, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.
• 1-2 years within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or specialized training in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting support.
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes.
• Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and overall analytics effectiveness.
• Follow governance, documentation, and development standards to support sustainable and consistent analytics delivery.
