Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design and deploy Power BI dashboards and analytics across the commercial sales environment. The role emphasizes translating business needs into scalable reporting, data models, and visualizations to drive decision-making and performance insights.

The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and hub access, with a strong focus on governance, data quality, and continuous improvement in analytics

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
