Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to advance analytics for the commercial sales organization. You will design Power BI dashboards and data visuals, translate business needs into scalable reporting, and partner with analysts and IT teams to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

You will balance delivery with longer-term capability building, ensuring DataMart reliability and governance while enabling analytics and AI applications within the business transformation

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in sales analytics, BI, or related role.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong visualization and data modeling skills with Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting support
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes
• Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and overall analytics effectiveness
