Job summary

Launch Potato in Phoenix is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

Embedded with the business from day one, you will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure the work you build is used, understood, and acted on.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and comfortable with unstructured complex data.
• Reporting ownership and data literacy.
• Experience with performance marketing optimization and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau).
• Curiosity and business depth.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
• Ensure reports are used, understood, and acted on; not just built.
• Develop standardized, self-service analytics capabilities and drive adoption.
