Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-informed actions.

The role requires 7+ years in BI, strong SQL, LookML, and BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with performance/affiliate marketing exposure.
• Owns reporting end-to-end from data to dashboard.
• Comfort handling messy, third-party data.
• Ability to partner with business teams to drive decisions.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, and CAC.
• Translate data work into actionable insights used by the business.
