Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in business intelligence and analytics within a healthcare environment.
• Proven experience providing strategic leadership for BI platforms, standards, and governance.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior and executive leadership to shape analytics strategy and oversee complex, cross-domain BI initiatives.
• Certification in Epic Clarity Data Model and Revenue Data Model required.
• Certification in Epic Caboodle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic BI initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Define governance and long-term analytics strategy for PRMO BI.
• Oversee BI platforms, security, and reporting frameworks.
• Provide advanced guidance to analysts and consultants.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and data quality across BI solutions.
• Facilitate executive communication and decision-making with BI insights.
