Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong CS foundation in data structures, algorithms, OO design, and cloud-based distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Dart, React, TypeScript, Go, Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience debugging complex systems and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Deliver and document technical solutions meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automated tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across services and contexts.
• Collaborate with support teams to triage production issues.
• Participate in product discovery with customers to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach engineers, guiding growth and development.
• Communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
