Vanderbilt Health invites applications for a Senior BI Developer to independently design and modify BI solutions, build data models, and develop ETL processes to meet end-user data needs. This role may lead projects and coach junior BI developers, with remote work options from most US locations.

Responsibilities include developing data models and BI solutions, ensuring documentation and data security, and leading multiple development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree – Required
• Strong backend SQL skills – Required
• Experience with Azure Databricks – Preferred
• Experience utilizing Tableau and Power BI for visualization – Required
• Strong communication skills – Required
• Any experience in healthcare or EMR systems (specifically Epic) – Preferred

Responsabilités

• Develops or modifies data models, ETL processes, and BI tool solutions.
• Ensures appropriate documentation for all development and modification.
• Ensures integrity and security of institutional data.
