Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Sr. BI Developer to elevate decision-making across the organization by crafting advanced analytical tools and scalable Power BI models. You will design architectures that empower self-service reporting and drive meaningful business insights.

You will lead a Power BI CoE, collaborate with multiple departments, and ensure adoption of governance practices while delivering on agile BI initiatives and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years of BI experience with 2+ years on Power BI as an enterprise platform.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or cross-functional BI initiatives.
• Experience designing end-to-end Power BI solutions in a complex Enterprise IT ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or Finance domains.
• Experience with establishing a Power BI CoE and governance.

Responsibilities

• Elevate decision-making by crafting analytical tools using BI data assets.
• Design robust Power BI architectures enabling self-service reporting.
• Lead a Power BI CoE in partnership with multiple departments.
• Develop scalable Power BI data models that drive business value.
