Hydrafacial UK Ltd is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to lead our BI program in the United States, driving Power BI architecture, data modeling, and governance.

You will mentor developers, implement PBIP with Git, and manage delivery metrics while partnering with IT service management to ensure reliability. The role emphasizes building scalable analytics, optimizing large data sets in Snowflake, and delivering executive-grade dashboards with robust documentation and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of enterprise BI experience.
• Advanced Power BI expertise including complex DAX, semantic modeling, and row-level security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI developers, establishing architectural and coding standards and reviews.
• Implement structured development workflows using PBIP and Git-based version control.
• Manage the BI development backlog and report delivery metrics to leadership.
• Develop KPI frameworks and automation to improve reporting speed and accuracy.
• Ensure production stability and governance across the BI environment.
