Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Sr. BI Developer for our Information Technology team. Remote in listed states, including Texas. You will craft analytics tools that power decision-making across the organization and build scalable Power BI models with governance and data quality in mind.

Lead the BI COE, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive data-driven improvements using Agile methods. You will mentor teammates and partners to deliver timely, value-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 2 years on Power BI as an enterprise platform.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or managing cross-functional BI initiatives.
• Experience designing end-to-end Power BI solutions in a complex enterprise IT ecosystem with integration to centralized data platforms and governed data models.

Responsibilities

• Elevate decision-making by building analytical tools from data assets.
• Design and implement robust Power BI architectures for self-service reporting.
• Lead a Power BI COE in collaboration with business departments.
• Manage agile DevOps practices and project metrics for BI solutions.
• Guide teams and users in building reusable reports on scalable models.
