Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Sr. BI Developer for its Information Technology team. You will architect Power BI solutions, lead a BI CoE, and partner with multiple departments to deliver scalable, governed data models and self-service reporting across the enterprise.

The role requires 7+ years in BI, including Power BI leadership, with experience integrating ERP systems like Oracle. A strong communicator and Agile practitioner will thrive in our collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Over 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI as an enterprise platform.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or managing cross-functional BI initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end Power BI solutions within a complex Enterprise IT ecosystem, including integration with centralized data platforms, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), and governed data models.
• Prior knowledge of a domain such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
• Experience in creating and managing a Power BI CoE.
• Experience working within Agile Methodology.
• Experience with innovative solutions, problem-solving, and working across diverse groups and domains.
• Excellent written and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
