GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to automate processes, blend data, and build scalable analytics. You will translate operational workflows into technical requirements and mentor teammates, leading projects with minimal supervision.

You will partner with process owners, create actionable visualizations in Databricks and Power BI, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while aligning with FLIGHT DECK principles and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
Minimum 5 years in business operations, data analytics, BI development, or process automation.
Minimum 2 years with a modern data/BI platform (Databricks, Power BI).
At least 1 year leading or guiding a project or workstream.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes into technical requirements.
Drive automation and analytics projects using modern BI platforms.
Extract, cleanse, and blend data from multiple sources.
Build and maintain automated data workflows and pipelines in Databricks.
Create clear, actionable visualizations to guide decisions.
Lead deliverables and mentor junior team members.
