Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field and 5+ years in business operations, data analytics, BI development, or automation.
• 2+ years with modern data/BI platforms (Databricks, Power BI).
• 2+ years partnering with business or functional teams to define requirements or improvements.
• 1+ year leading or serving as technical lead on projects or workstreams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational workflows into technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop automated data pipelines and analytics using modern BI platforms.
• Extract, cleanse, and blend data from internal and external sources.
• Build and maintain automated workflows in Databricks (SQL, PySpark).
• Create clear, actionable visualizations to drive business decisions.
• Lead project deliverables and mentor junior team members.
