Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with data, report development, and analysis in a workplace setting
• 1 year of experience in query design and effective reporting design structure
• 4 years of experience working with data, report development, and analysis in a workplace setting (Levels 2-3)
• 3 years of experience in query design and effective reporting design structure (Levels 2-3)
• 8 years of experience working with data, report development, and analysis in a workplace setting (Levels 4-6)
• 6 years of experience in query design and effective reporting design structure (Levels 4-6)
• High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems, CS, IT, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin or related field

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, or maintain reporting and/or analysis of data to measure financial or clinical outcomes
• Design, develop, or maintain reporting and/or analysis of data for medical cost reporting and utilization metrics
• Maintain SDLC-compliant documentation and source control
• Provide high-quality reporting and analysis in partnership with business leaders across the organization
• Mentor or lead others in dashboard visualization using BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense)
