Job summary

Gifthealth seeks a Senior BI Developer to own end-to-end reporting across pharmacy data sources, from model to handoff. You will own Looker/LookML layers, ensure metrics are defined consistently, and migrate dashboards with proper data governance.

You’ll work with account teams to verify reconciled numbers, build PHI-compliant reports, and mentor teammates while advancing HIPAA-conscious BI practices.

Qualifications

• Looker/LookML experience on production dashboards.
• SQL with advanced functions and careful joins.
• Data modeling for proper grain and content.
• Healthcare data familiarity, PHI and HIPAA awareness.
• Ability to translate vague asks into concrete questions.
• Mentoring teammates and unblocking work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BI reporting across pharmacy data sources.
• Own the LookML semantic layer; define metrics and explore dashboards.
• Standardize metric definitions and push fixes upstream in dbt.
• Migrate dashboards and validate numbers with stakeholders.
• Deliver client-facing PHI reporting with proper access controls.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure reconciled results.
