Job summary

Montage Health is seeking a Senior BI Developer with healthcare experience to design, develop and deploy data analytics solutions for diverse stakeholders across the enterprise. You will lead BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and SSRS, build data models, data marts and Caboodle components, and ensure data quality and governance in a complex healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of BI/database development, strong SQL (window functions), ETL (SSIS/ADF), and

Qualifications

7+ years of database development and BI reporting experience.
Proficient in Epic Clarity-Caboodle data modeling and healthcare data workflows.
Strong SQL skills including window functions and CTEs.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI and SSRS for interactive dashboards.
Familiarity with Agile project management (SCRUM/Lean/Kanban).

Responsibilities

Coordinate with business teams to translate requirements into BI reports and dashboards.
Create data models, ERD and data flow diagrams as needed.
Build functional data marts for analytics by stakeholders.
Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support decisions.
Maintain data quality, data integrity and governance.
Maintain and extend Epic Caboodle platform and data modeling components.
Ensure compliance with data standards and master data management.
Contribute to data project lifecycle from intake to prioritization.
Identify and validate data sources; contribute to strategic planning.
Provide excellent collaboration and customer service to stakeholders.
