Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support expansion of value-based programs. You will work with providers to help drive success on the Service Fund team, developing, implementing, and valuing new programs while maintaining current ones.

The role requires strong SQL and Azure Synapse skills, plus experience with healthcare data and Excel reporting. This is a remote position with potential travel for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 5+ years' data analysis experience or Master's with 3+ years' data analysis experience.
• 2+ years' advanced experience developing complex SQL queries.
• 1+ years' experience with Healthcare related data (Provider, Insurance, etc.).
• Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formatting).
• Advanced experience working with large, complex data sets in large organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to senior/executive leadership.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics to drive process improvements and manage value-based relationships.
• Produces monthly activity reports and analyzes data implications for current and potential programs.
• Assists in creating reports and ad hoc requests using Excel, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other analytics tools.
• Supports payments to value-based specialists.
• Assists in evaluating new value-based program opportunities.
